Hello! 👋 I'm Tanya Lobo, a medical doctor and genetic biologist from the University of Costa Rica.

I have conducted innovative research on the genetics of intellectual disability and Parkinson's in Costa Rican patients.

I completed an internship in genetic counseling at Northwestern University and rotations in Clinical Genetics at Massachusetts General Hospital.

I implemented genomic testing for cancer throughout Central America. My extensive clinical, academic and research experience drives me to seek innovative solutions to improve my patients' health.
