Hello! 👋 I'm Dr. Carolina Fernández, and I love transforming lives through nutrition, through strategies that adapt to each person, improving their clinical health, biochemical markers, sports performance or body aesthetics.

I graduated from the Hispanoamerican University as a Human Nutrition graduate, and I already have more than 4 years of experience in external consultation addressing all types of patients. In addition, I have a Master's degree in Sports Nutrition from Spain and I am a specialist in ISAK 1 anthropometric measurements in Costa Rica.

I keep myself constantly updated, I am currently taking a Diploma in Functional Nutrition at INANS. I have training in Intestinal Microbiota, and I have taken various courses in Clinical and Sports Nutrition. As well as in the management of the FODMAP protocol, indicated as treatment for certain digestive diseases.

I am very happy to be part of the Statera Medical team, as it is a multidisciplinary and highly qualified team.
